We love it! My husband and five year old grandson found it very easy to put together. My husband put the bolts in and the little guy added the nuts and then learned how to use a socket wrench to tighten them all up. I love the look of it and the smell of the cedar when it's wet.

Planters are beautiful. Assembly is sooo simple. We stapled the liner in place before adding soil. We oiled the cedar to weatherproof it and deepen the beautiful cedar wood. We are extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it to others.

It is very clean and attractive. Right outside my kitchen door. Perfect height. The herbs are doing well. I love that it’s Canadian made by a small company.
My only negative comment was that there was quite a long time between order date and delivery. I think it was about 18 days and I was anxious to get my plants out of their little pots.
It certainly took me longer than ten minutes to assemble. More like 90 minutes but I did it on my own. And everything fit perfectly.

Looks great! Easy to assemble, though I did get help. Decided this year to use it as a holder for potted veggies for easy handling and changing of soil. If that doesn’t work out well, will plant directly in cedar planter next year. But I am afraid it will get too heavy to move around or hard to empty out old soil and replace with new potting soil. Overall, pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

This is so pretty and functional and was so easy to put together (I did it in about an hour and I'm no carpenter). It is a lovely addition to my deck and already has some veg and herbs in it. I also bought the feet which are great and the cover for the winter and all are high quality and seem super sturdy. I'm leaving the wood bare because I like the look. The only thing is that one plank has a "check" in it -- I don't think that this will cause problems with durability but I have poked/splintered myself a couple of times.

The planters are great: easy to assemble and nice to look at. The only drawback was the delivery time: 4 weeks from ordering. So probably best to order as early as possible and not wait for the height of Spring to place an order.

We love our planter when it finally arrived. We did not expect such a lengthy delivery time. We live in Ontario and they are made in Ontario. I found it difficult to connect with customer service to find out a delivery date. Given the quality of the product and being made in Ontario, I have ordered another planter. This one
is 11.5 X 36. Sadly, a winter cover is not available. In summary, the product is top notch but the delivery time and customer service needs improvement.

Some of the reviews say it only took 10
minutes to put together - no idea how!! It took me about 30-45 minutes as attaching the top hole on the long side to the short side needed smaller fingers than mine. However thanks to the very explicit video, it was easy to put together. I bought the 18x48 inch planter so needed another person to help me put it on its feet and carry outside.
Quality is excellent. We had a HUGE wind storm the 1st night it was outside and nothing happened to it - I’m on the 12th floor and the wind move a large chest I have on the terrace.
I had a problem with misalignment of holes but received the replacement within 2 days. Thank you

I like the boxes a lot, but the assembly was not as seamless as I was led to believe from the website. Some of the predrilled holes were not perfectly aligned with the holes in the legs, such that we had to get out a drill and enlarge them a bit. Anyways, it was a minor frustration and we are overall very happy.

The planters took about a month to arrive, which is what I had expected. The planters are absolutely beautiful. I bought 2 raised planters for my rooftop. 4 stars instead of 5 only because one of the planters had some split boards but it was rectified very quickly with no issues. Customer service is excellent. The veggies are looking super healthy.
