The planter was super easy to assemble and is very well made. We put the assembled planter just a few feet across from our back door. We planted 2 tomato plants and one miniature green pepper plant and all 3 are thriving. Now when we need fresh tomatoes or peppers for a meal, it’s just a couple of steps away! We had a vegetable garden in the backyard but the plants were constantly being eaten by rabbits and other foragers. With the raised garden, they can’t access them. We like the planters so much, we’ve ordered 2 x 48” ones for our back deck! And it’s a Canadian company to boot!

I purchased two 36-inch planters in May and they arrived in June. They were very easy to put together and I really liked the fitted liner, which was a free upgrade from the company. The wrench and nuts and bolts came in a zippered case. I had some clips that held the lining in place while I filled them with soil. I am very pleased with these planters and more please that they come from a small Canadian company. I have planted herbs, lettuce, chives, tomatoes and peppers and they are doing beautifully. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!!

These are Beautiful, simple, solid, useful, practical, perfect size for a little garden (herbs and all!). I am happy with the boxes I purchased! Relatively easy to assemble, love the reusable tool pouch, and the new fitted lining is amazing and fits perfectly inside the box!
Practical advice : use gloves when handling the wood panels, they are natural (not polished or varnished), watch out for splinters! Patience when tightening the nuts with the provided wrench. Keep finger pressure on the round-top bolts, some spaces are narrow, you may need to resort to short twists but it will work!

It was already filled with soil and plants when I realized I wanted it in a different place about 20’ away. 2 young adult guys lifted and moved it easily.
Plants are thriving so I’m hoping for a harvest in time.

Just received three of the raised 36" planters. Took my time and I found them very easy to assemble. I actually stained them black (two coats) as per the wife's orders! We needed to add another piece of wood to bottom (my husband cut it at an angle) to make it level on slanted concrete and to cover an opening in the concrete. The customer service was so helpful in getting us what we needed. We love the finished result!

Went together with no problem. Quite a few bolts left over but better that way rather than being short. Once complketed I then used Osmo oil on it tso that it retained the redness of the cedar.
It looks good. Be aware that it takes a lot of compost to fill.

The planters are easy to assemble with clear instructions. It is high quality and sturdy that I put layers of spring bulbs in it that is easier to do the planting job.

You have a very quality product. I would like to make a couple of suggestions to you. When you drill through the cedar you should remove the splinters of the wood on the back side. They get in the way of trying to put the nut on the bolt. Also if you would offset the holes on the iron legs it would make it easier to put the nuts on the bolts.

Love the way they look and they drain really well. Strawberries, arugula, spinach, lettuce, and radishes all seem happy in them! The assembly requires some patience and some drill holes were trickier than others to align. A second set of hands was helpful for those. All the tools necessary are included. If you have a ratchet it helps the process go a little more quickly.

We have purchased your planters, with their financial support , after much research, to use in our local village to display flowers to brighten and enhance the environment. While the previously ordered 48" unit and the 1st 36" units were in good order the last was a very big headache. The legs and the lower holes in the side boards wewe not aligned by a significant amount. In order to get the unit assembled I had to drill (which i should NOT have to do) oversized holes in the ceder to get the screws in and then the nuts were a problem because they were hitting the cross piece. Afterwards, I noticed pencil markings at the hole on 1 side (looked like "KN") so i suspected that it was noted as defective but you missed that and sent it to me anyway...
