I haven't used the winter covers as this is the first season growing, but will this fall. The pic posted is an update on wax beans in 36" raised planter that was seeded July 8th, so are 42 days old. I am impressed, they are covered with blooms and bees are pollinating as I took photo. There are small pods forming so hopefully be harvesting by the end of august.
I love the planter boxes as well as the cover for the winter. I purchased one set of box, cover & legs in 2025 and have now added another set in 2026. They are great for growing my tomatoes and vegetables without having to bend to the ground. Hopefully I will buy another next year

Just built our cedar herb garden. Very good instructions and while it does take sometime to fix all the nuts and bolts, it’s very easy to do. We like the look and it seems sturdy. Very happy.
First of all, I want to mention that the service from Cedar Planters is amazing and I love my acquisition. Easy to assemble, solid, and so « friendly user ». Also, gardening with it is so pleasant.
We are very pleased with our purchase of 4 raised Cedar Planters for our Terrace Garden on the 36th floor of our Etobicoke condo. (This may be the highest Cedar Planter Garden in Toronto) We found them very easy to assemble but we started a little late in the season so our crops were limited. Nevertheless we did have a very successful tomato production. We currently have the covers on the planters for the winter but we can't wait to get started this year, with a few more items, as soon as the weather allows.

My first try with potatoes. I love the cedar planters, particularly, because they are raised and on our deck. Potatoes turned out great. We bought the larger one 48” for next year and will try more vegetables. Service and delivery excellent and video assembly made it even easier. Can’t wait for next year.
Great product of quality. I treated it with Minwax Satin Urethane to protect it from the sun. My niece also liked the product and bought the same one as me.
Our unit was very easy to assemble, add the liner and fill with soil. Our tomato plants, altho' slow this year to produce and ripen tomatoes have thrived and we are now harvesting! I have given the unit a complete coat of clear UV protection and have added the cover to protect it this winter. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.
Installed new covers on our two cedar planters; they fitted very snuggly and were the perfect dimension to protect them completely. Furthermore, they look really sharp! Great quality, great look, perfect!

I'm thrilled with the 48" raised planters I bought last July for use this summer. Took me just a couple of hours to put the 2 planters together, the video instructions were so easy to follow. Now we are enjoying fresh lettuce and herbs from the planters. I have definitely recommended to friends and family.

Fantastic heavy duty cover that fits so tightly to the planter. Already had to use it when the temperature turned cold this spring. We’ll see how it does over the next Canadian Northern winter.
